representatives choosing to attend only selected locations. A
separate fee will be charged for each individual graduate or
professional school program.

Separate Form for Each Program:
A separate registration form must be completed for each participating department or program within an institution that is represented by a separate admissions office (Some universities have more than one graduate program each with a distinct admissions entity). For universities that have multiple graduate/professional school programs that each desire to attend, representatives should be prepared to pay $500 per program (per table).
